Rob was born December 17, 1970 in Calgary, Alberta. He worked at Turner Valley Golf Course in 1989 during the summer while attending the University of Calgary. Because of Rob's growing interest in the golf industry, he then switched from the University of Calgary to the Turfgrass Management Program at Fairview College, Alberta, graduating in 1993. From 1994-2001 Rob worked at the Osoyoos Golf and Country Club as Assistant Superintendent. During his employment at Osoyoos Golf & Country Club he learned the intensity of maintainiing a desert course under the direction of Superintendent Mike Harrison. Presently Rob is the Superintendent at Terrace, B.C. and is the Past President of the Northern Chapter of the BCGSA.

Ralph's extensive horticultural experience began during his high school years. In 1984 he began working on the irrigation system for the expansion of the Cowichan Golf & Country Club and later became a member of the greens crew. In 1987 he became the Superintendent at the March Meadows Golf Course in Honeymoon Bay, B.C. He has been active in the Vancouver Island Superintendents Association and served as President from 1997 through 1998. Ralph's love of sports has made him active in his community where he has started up a youth community basketball league in addition to becoming involved in coaching and umpiring baseball. He has been married for 27 years to his wife Ginnie and has a 23 year old son, Sheldon and a 22 year old daughter, Melanie.

2007 marks Jerry's 5th year as superintendent of the Kokanee Springs Golf Resort, recently recognized as Canada's 3rd most under-rated golf course. Greywolf, located at Panorama Mountain Village and Canada's Best New Golf Course for 1999, was the opportunity to apprentice under Tom Altmann as the assistant superintendent from 1999-2002. Prior to that were stints at Carnmoney Golf & Country Club in Calgary and Kananaskis Country Golf Course. "I've been hanging around golf courses since the age of seven" says Rousseau, "but my other passion was the ski hill." In fact Jerry skied competitively for over 10 years and was a member of the Canadian National Development Team as a Freestyle aerialist. He also acted as Program Coordinator for the B.C. Freestyle Ski Association, organizing, promoting and running dozens of regional, provincial and inter-provincial amateur competitions. Golf career highlights include graduating with Honours from Olds College, recipient of the 1999 Toro Future Superintendent Award and superintendent association involvement including Vice-President of the BCGSA Kootenay Chapter and member of the BCGSA Board of Directors. With these credentials, you would think he'd have made a hole-in-one!
